Digital Asset Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain listings across multiple online marketplaces
• Organize digital assets and product files
• Prepare ZIP packages for digital downloads
• Complete spreadsheet updates and data entry tasks
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Verify product information for accuracy and consistency
• Assist with product metadata, categories, and tags
• Maintain organized cloud storage and file structures
• Support ongoing ecommerce operations and workflow improvements
